Abstract: To further strengthen safety production and protect the personal safety of employees, the company has once again increased investment in safety, providing all employees in the production department with safety shoes and helmets, thus further ensuring the personal safety of employees in production. At the same time, the company also leveraged government support policies for enterprises and invited experts from relevant government functional departments to conduct training on "Fire Protection and Safety Production" for all company employees. Through the training, the employees' safety awareness and skills have been significantly improved, and they have all obtained the national "Occupational Qualification Certificate" through the national occupational qualification unified examination.

Abstract: To comprehensively improve the overall quality of employees, strengthen their safety awareness, ensure the achievement of safety goals and the completion of production tasks, and enable employees to achieve the transformation from 'I need safety' to 'I want safety' to 'I will ensure safety', the Human Resources Department organized safety training for all employees on August 12, 2015. Past accident videos were shown to the teams, and safety analysis of the accidents was conducted. This allowed each employee to understand how to operate safely and prevent accidents.

Abstract: To maximize the income of Haojing employees, we adopted a piece-rate performance system, which benefited all employees and greatly increased their enthusiasm. With the further deepening of the company's standardized management, we have formed a set of effective evaluation indicators and transparent assessment standards. With the deepening of the reform, the company's remuneration has changed dramatically. The proportion of fixed wages in employees' income is getting smaller and smaller, while the proportion of bonus wages in income is getting larger and larger. Following this development trend, the company has decided to further expand employees' income. Starting this year, a year-end bonus will be set for each employee to reward those with solid work style and dedication.

Abstract: To further enhance employee safety awareness, strengthen preventive measures, prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents, and firmly establish the ideology of "prevention first, eliminating hazards, safety first", creating a safe and orderly working environment, on June 8, 2015, the Human Resources Department organized safety education and training for all employees of the packaging team regarding two work-related accidents this year caused by employees violating the company's safety production regulations and operating procedures during operation, and failure to correctly use and wear personal protective equipment.
