Safety training was organized for all employees of the laminated glass factory.
To comprehensively improve the overall quality of employees, strengthen their safety awareness, ensure the achievement of safety goals and the completion of production tasks, and enable employees to achieve the transformation from 'I need safety' to 'I want safety' to 'I will ensure safety', the Human Resources Department organized safety training for all employees on August 12, 2015. Past accident videos were shown to the teams, and safety analysis of the accidents was conducted. This allowed each employee to understand how to operate safely and prevent accidents.
