On June 30, 2019, Haojing Holdings Group held a grand groundbreaking ceremony for its new base in Haimen, Nantong.

Attending the event were Ms. Guo Xiaomin, Mayor of Haimen Municipal People's Government; Mr. Zhang Wei, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Haimen Municipal People's Congress; Mr. Hu Wenrui, Vice Mayor and Director of the Public Security Bureau of Haimen; Mr. Zhang Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone; Mr. Lin Jiang, Chairman of Haojing Group; Mr. Ni Le, Vice Chairman of Haojing Group; and major responsible comrades from the government office, human resources and social security bureau, science and technology bureau, urban management bureau, transportation bureau, water conservancy bureau, statistics bureau, emergency management bureau; the relevant responsible comrades of the municipal party committee organization department; relevant comrades from the Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone; and representatives of project investors. The event was presided over by Mr. Gao Hongjun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Haimen Municipal Party Committee, Minister of Organization, and Minister of the United Front Work Department.

With a total investment of 2 billion yuan, Haojing Group's new base covers an area of 388 mu (approximately 258,667 square meters) with a construction area of 230,000 square meters. It will mainly construct intelligent production workshops and supporting facilities. The smooth commencement and construction of this project will provide a stronger foundation and guarantee for Haojing Group's development towards scale and industrialization.
