Golden Dragon Fish Building

The Golden Dragon Fish Tower is located on the beautiful Huangpu River in Area A of Shanghai World Expo Park. Expo Park Area A is currently striving to build Shanghai's top business district, and will become an important carrier for the transformation of Shanghai's urban functions and upgrading of the central city.

The total construction period of Golden Dragon Fish Building is 2.5 years, and the construction, installation and delivery will be completed by the second half of 2017. The design building consists of a high-rise office building No. 1 and a skirt building No. 2. The two buildings are connected by a shared hall. The building is divided into two parts, above ground two to thirteen floors for commercial office buildings, underground for garage and facilities and equipment, the bottom of the building for empty lobby design, partially equipped with commercial buildings, the total building area is 40255 square meters. The overall design is flexible and efficient. Close to the Expo Avenue, the building faces the Huangpu River and offers a panoramic view along the river. The design of all the corners of the building from bottom to top is circular, making the best use of scenic spots. In it, always accompanied by the surrounding scenery.

The newly built Golden Dragon Fish Tower and the adjacent Chinese Art Palace, Shanghai Art Museum, World Expo Exhibition Hall and many other surrounding attractions and buildings reflect each other.
