With a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan, a planned land area of 237 mu, and a total construction area of approximately 150,000 square meters (including approximately 100,000 square meters of ground construction area and approximately 50,000 square meters of basement construction area), it was completed and put into use in the first half of 2018.
