Bent tempered glass is produced by heating a float glass sheet in a tempering furnace to around its softening temperature, then bending it into the desired shape by its own weight or external pressure, and finally cooling it quickly and evenly.
Depending on the needs, it can be processed into high-end composite glass products such as bent tempered laminated glass, bent tempered insulated glass, and bent tempered coated insulated glass, providing personalized products for building curtain walls and interior decoration.
