The Golden Dragon Fish Building is located on the beautiful Huangpu River, in the A zone of the Shanghai World Expo Park. The A zone of the World Expo Park is currently being developed as Shanghai's top business district and will become an important carrier for the transformation of Shanghai's urban functions and the upgrading of its central urban area. The Golden Dragon Fish Building has a total construction period of two and a half years, and will be completed and put into use in the second half of 2017. The building design consists of a 1# high-rise office building and a 2# annex building, which are connected by a shared lobby. The building is divided into above-ground and underground parts. The total construction period of the Golden Dragon Fish Building is two and a half years, and it was completed and put into use in the second half of 2017. The design consists of a 1# high-rise office building and a 2# annex building, connected by a shared lobby. The building is divided into above-ground and underground sections. The second to thirteenth floors above ground are used for business offices, while the underground section houses a car park and facilities. The ground floor features a double-height lobby with some commercial space. The total building area is 40,255 square meters. The overall design is based on the principles of flexibility and efficiency. Located close to the World Expo Avenue, the building faces the Huangpu River, offering stunning river views. The building's corners are designed with a circular arc from bottom to top, maximizing the use of viewpoints. From within, one is constantly accompanied by the surrounding scenery.
The newly completed Golden Dragon Fish Building complements the surrounding attractions and buildings, including the adjacent China Art Museum, Shanghai Art Museum, and World Expo Exhibition Hall.
