To standardize employees' daily behavior and cultivate professional ethics and civilized habits, the company held training for all employees of the production department on June 8, 2014, organized by the Human Resources Department. This training mainly focused on standardizing behaviors in both work and daily life. Based on observations and recordings, the training provided targeted guidance on proper practices. The training focused on correcting small details often overlooked, rather than lecturing. As quality stems from details, standardizing behavior prevents accidents, eliminates hidden dangers, improves the work environment, ensures orderly production, guarantees product quality, and enhances customer satisfaction. For each employee, starting with small details is fundamental to improving personal qualities and establishing a positive image.
