On March 27, 2014, the Human Resources Department organized the production workshop employees to study the "Company-wide Assessment Regulations." The regulations detail and standardize employee behavior within the factory. Department Head Chen Weijun of Human Resources provided a detailed explanation of the requirements regarding behavioral norms, safety production, equipment management and maintenance, product quality, and operational standards. The purpose of this training was to improve employee quality, cultivate good work habits, deepen employees' understanding of their job responsibilities and goals, create a positive and upward atmosphere, enhance the company's standardized management level and product quality, enabling greater corporate development and increased employee benefits.
