Jiangsu Grand Theatre
Suzhou Grand Theatre: Four "water drops" represent the four functional halls of the Grand Theatre, supported by a "giant lotus leaf" structure. On the design drawings displayed at the construction site, the bird's-eye view of the Grand Theatre shows the water drops in pure white, with a blue and white gradient representing the stripes of Nanjing Yuhua stones. Based on the original pure white structure, a light blue glass window design is used to enhance the color. The total investment of the project is 2 billion yuan. It is positioned as a "platform for showcasing world-class works of art, a platform for international artistic exchanges, and a platform for promoting public art education", becoming a modern grand theatre second only in scale to the National Grand Theatre.
